The township board reviewed the year 2014 financial statement which shows that Preble Township received a total of $281,695.91 in revenue during the year, and spent a total of $220,556.47. Of the total revenue received, $142,317.74 represented disaster recovery funding which enabled the township to complete repairs on roads damaged during the year 2013 flood event. Year 2015 Mileage Reimbursement Rate
David Larson reminded the township board that the year 2015 mileage reimbursement rate must be approved. The US Internal Revenue Service has established a standard mileage reimbursement rate of $.575 per mile. David Larson reminded the township board that the Lanesboro Rural Fire Association will hold its annual meeting at the Lanesboro Firehall on February 9, 2015 at 7PM. Larson urged township board members to attend that meeting.
